If your card transaction fails, it may be due to insufficient balance, security concerns, or other restrictions. You may also have entered an incorrect Atome Card number, CVV or Expiry Date. In some cases, the merchant you are trying to make a transaction with Atome Card is excluded. Here's what you can do:
- Open the Atome App.
- Go to the "Bill" tab at the bottom.
- Select "Card" to view the details of your recent transactions.
