Payment can be made through Over-The-Counter (OTC), your binded credit/debit card on Atome app, or through InstaPay.

This can be made at the following stores:

Credit/Debit Card Payments
If you wish to make payment through your credit/debit card binded to your Atome App, a payment processing fee of 2.24% (including tax) will be applied on total payment amount.
Atome Savings
To waive repayment fees, you may use the balance in your Atome Savings to repay your Atome Bills. Before payment, ensure that your current Atome Savings balance is equal or more to your bill amount; paying a portion of your Atome Bill is currently unavailable.
To use your Atome Savings, simply choose Atome Savings from the list of Payment Methods.
Pay Bills via e-Wallets
Follow these steps to add Atome as a biller on select e-wallets to repay your Atome Bill for free.

Open the Atome app, then head to your Bills to choose your bill to pay

Under Available Method(s), search for Pay Bills via E-wallets

Confirm payment to find your unique Reference No. Copy this number.

Head to your preferred e-wallet among the options currently supported

Find the Bills payment screen, then tap Add a Biller

Search for Atome among the list of available billers

Paste your Reference No. and provide the full name you used to register for Atome

Provide the amount you wish to repay

Tap Next to review your payment details

Confirm the amount and complete the payment
Note: Some e-wallets may charge a convenience fee in addition to your Atome bill.
e-Wallet Providers
InstaPay
Alternatively, to initiate InstaPay service, you may also choose InstaPay via "Home and Bills" > "Atome Card" after your bill date, and copy the 16-digit code to your mobile banking or e-wallet App. If your InstaPay payment still hasn't appeared within 3 to 5 business days, there might be an issue with the local payment network's connectivity. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and rest assured, we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Note: If you've opted to pay manually and payment has not been validated by the due date, our system will automatically deduct the payment due from your nominated card on the payment due date.
