We understand mistakes can happen! While we recommend double-checking the recipient details before confirming your transfer, once the transaction is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or undone.
If you entered an incorrect account number for InstaPay or PESONet, don’t worry. The amount will be deducted initially and, if the transfer is rejected, it will automatically be reversed as a “Deposit.” Both the deduction and the refund will appear clearly in your transaction history.
