Transaction postings can sometimes be delayed depending on the cut-off times and transfer method used (e.g., PESONet, InstaPay). If your transaction isn’t showing up in Latest Transactions, try refreshing the page after an hour. You can also select “Last 3 Months” from the dropdown menu to update the transaction list.
Here’s how different transfers are handled:
1. Netbank to Netbank transfers:
Transfers between Netbank accounts should reflect immediately.
2. InstaPay transfers:
InstaPay transactions are also reflected instantly.
3. PESONet transfers:
PESONet transactions follow specific cut-off times:
Before 10:00 AM on a business day → Processed starting 10:40 AM on the same day.
10:01 AM – 1:00 PM on a business day → Processed starting 1:40 PM on the same day.
1:01 PM – 4:00 PM on a business day → Processed starting 4:40 PM on the same day.
After 4:00 PM or during weekends → Processed starting 10:40 AM on the next business day.
Example: If you made a transfer on a Friday after 4:00 PM or over the weekend, it will be reflected by Monday at 10:40 AM at the earliest. We suggest waiting until the end of the day to check your account balance. You can also contact the recipient bank as their posting times may vary.
