You can view the settlement report and outstanding balance via the "Payments" module in the Merchant Center. By default, only company admin accounts have the access, but you can assign this permission to other accounts by adding this permission to roles.
Where can I view my payout details?
You can view and export payout details by clicking the payout ID in the “Payout” section. You can choose to view it by settlement items or by transactions, by changing the toggle on the top.
Where can I see my unsettled transactions?
You can see this by navigating to the “Balance” tab on the merchant portal. This would display all the unsettled transactions.
How can I update my bank details for payout?
We understand that you may require to update your bank details at a point of time. Kindly drop us an email to merchant@atome.ph by submitting a bank statement with details below and we shall get it updated in 1-2 business days.
Details needed on bank statement:
- Bank Logo
- Merchant Name
- Bank Account Number
Other details can be hidden /covered if needed.
