If your load purchase fails:
- No amount will be deducted from your Atome Card limit.
- If a deduction is made but the mobile load is not credited to your number, Atome will automatically process a refund or transaction reversal with ECPay.
You will receive a notification once the issue is resolved, no manual follow-up is required.
