For security reasons, we are unable to change the account details provided during your application. However, if you need to update your mobile number, you can either:
- Change your phone number directly in the app.
- Contact our customer support with the following documents:
- Proof of mobile ownership: This must show that you are the registered subscriber of the new mobile number.
- [Optional] Letter of Authorisation (LOA): If you're not the registered subscriber, please provide an LOA from the registered subscriber to authorize your use of their mobile number.
