Your mobile number can now be updated through our app! Simply follow the steps below.
If you have access to the mobile number used to register for your Atome account:
Head on over to "Me" and select "Account & Security"
Select "Update Mobile Number", it will ask if you still have access to your current mobile number, click "No"
Enter your new mobile number then click "Verify mobile number"
And you're all set!
If you no longer have access to the mobile number registered with us,
- Log-in using the registered mobile number for your Atome account
- Verify your current mobile number then click "Update"
- Choose the recovery option "I can't access this number"
- Enter your new mobile number, make sure that you entered it correctly, click "Verify mobile number"
- And you're all set!
