If you encounter difficulties while attempting to bind your card, we recommend considering the alternative payment methods we offer, specifically, Instapay and Over-The-Counter (OTC).
To initiate Instapay service, please select Instapay via "Home and Bills" > "Atome Card" after your bill date, and copy the 16-digit code to your mobile banking or e-wallet App.
Alternatively, you may also make a payment through Over-The-Counter (OTC) at any of the following stores:

- Cebuana Lhuillier
- Palawan Express
- M Lhuillier
- LBC
- EC Pay
- Dragon Pay
- RD Pawnshop
- CVM Pawnshop
Nevertheless, should you prefer to make payment by binding your credit or debit card on our Atome app, we kindly request that you try binding an alternate card.
If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at support@atome.ph with the following information for our investigation:
- First 6 digits of the card that failed to bind
- Type of the card (Visa/ Master/ AE/ UnionPay/ Others)
- Name of the Issuing Bank
